Cathy Barbash is a specialist in public diplomacy, cultural policy, creative industry development, and corporate cultural sponsorships in the People’s Republic of China. She will expand her practice to Cuba in September 2016. With over 30 years of experience managing and consulting to leading NGO and government-related cultural organizations, Barbash provides strategy and advocacy services, represents and advises clients, provides appropriate high-level intervention for existing special projects, and assists in the development and identification of viable strategic partners and project opportunities. Barbash also advises on relations with government owned and operated cultural organizations.
